GPs have been warned not to limit the delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine to their own patients, especially in the early phases of the rollout.

Doctors involved in the rollout could encourage their eligible patients to come in for a vaccination, but they wouldn’t be able to offer them priority, said Dr Lucas de Toca, acting first assistant secretary for Federal Department of Health’s Primary Care Response to COVID-19.
