Doctors and other healthcare professionals are being given the chance to win free flights for an overseas holiday as part of an airline’s ‘thank you’ for their efforts in the global fight against coronavirus. 

Qatar Airways is offering 100,000 economy-class flights to healthcare professionals around the world, including doctors, clinical researchers, lab technicians and pharmacists, on a first come, first served basis. 

The winners will be able to book return tickets for themselves and a companion to anywhere the airline flies.

All flights must be taken between May and December 2020 (hopefully international travel for Australians will be allowed before the deadline).
