Hunt announces campaign for second COVID-19 booster
High-risk patients will be eligible for the extra dose four months after their first booster, ATAGI says
The Federal Government has accepted ATAGI advice for a “winter booster” COVID-19 shot for all patients aged 65 or older and other particularly vulnerable individuals.
The second booster is also advised for Indigenous people aged 50 or older, patients 16 and up who are severely immunocompromised, and those in disability care.
