The paediatrician says it reflects a trend since Robert F Kennedy Jr, whose activism as an anti-vaxxer over the last decade is notorious, became the Department of Health and Human Services chief three weeks ago.
Since Mr Kennedy’s confirmation, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has indefinitely postponed Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices meetings.
