A jury has found a dermatologist not guilty of intentionally removing a condom during sex with another man.

Dr Liang Joo Leow was on trial in the County Court of Victoria on charges of rape and procuring sexual penetration by fraud.

The jury returned its verdict last week after only a day of deliberation.

The court was told Dr Leow went back to the complainant’s Melbourne home in June 2017 after a night of dinner and drinking.
