A lawyer who called vaccine mandates for health workers a ‘death sentence’ has failed to overturn his suspension after accusing a Supreme Court judge of sanctioning murder.

Last year, Nathan Buckley represented an aged care worker in a failed legal challenge to the NSW Government’s state vaccine mandate for 150,000 health workers.

Within hours of the decision being handed down, he immediately took aim at the judge, posting on his Twitter account, “Justice Beech-Jones today said that no-one in NSW has any rights. No-one has a right to bodily integrity.

“He basically said it is okay to kill anyone you like.”
