After a NSW Supreme Court judge unceremoniously kicked out its challenge to mandatory COVID-19 vaccination for health workers, a law firm called G&B Lawyers took to Twitter to voice its frustration:

“Justice Beech-Jones today said that no-one in NSW has any rights,” it declared.

“No-one has a right to bodily integrity. He basically said it is okay to kill anyone you like.”

To those who had sat in on the case, the outburst didn’t seem to quite capture the judge’s legal reasoning or indeed his actual findings.
