Let your patients (without heart disease) know full-cream is okay

Full-cream milk and cheese is back on the heart-friendly list, at least for patients without heart disease, according to the National Heart Foundation’s latest position statement on healthy eating.
The foundation has updated its 2017 Heart Healthy Eating Principles after commissioning the Sax Institute to research the evidence on red meat, unprocessed meat and poultry.
The foundation completed its own research on dairy and eggs.
