A man accused of threatening to kill a doctor, his family and medical staff over the treatment of his elderly mother was “likely to attempt to inflict serious harm”, police allege.

Dragutin Rajak, 65, allegedly became threatening after his mother’s health deteriorated following her transfer from Canberra Hospital to an ACT aged care facility on 17 April.
