Poorly lit bars, awkward conversations, the bell signalling time’s up — that’s the usual vibe of speed dating to find a potential partner.
But last weekend, AMA Queensland tweaked the concept for its junior doctor conference, offering 200 attendees the chance to ‘speed date’ medical specialties.
Each specialist had 15 minutes to win over their junior counterparts.
