But Rowan Atkinson’s beloved, albeit frustrating, alter-ego is finally doing some good — promoting social distancing and hand hygiene.
The cartoon version of Mr Bean, voiced by Mr Atkinson, is the star of a new WHO public service announcement video.
In the 30 second video, Mr Bean — of course — struggles to pull down a temperamental blind.
