My Health Record’s biggest shift: What sharing test results with patients by default means for GPs
My Health Record, largely ignored by doctors when it comes to informing their clinical decision-making, is being reformed again.
The government said last week it would force telehealth doctors to upload information on what they had prescribed.
The move followed the death of Erin Collins, who died after overdosing on psychiatric medicines prescribed through different websites.
But it is part of a wider injunction by the government to mandate use of the system.
