Dr Charlie Teo claims Australian brain tumour patients are dying prematurely since he was sanctioned two years ago, with other surgeons now too fearful to operate. 

He also says he knows of at least 10 neurosurgeons who have either killed themselves or are no longer practising in Australia because of vexatious complaints or “sham peer review”.

Dr Teo made the allegations during a nearly 90-minute interview with Café Locked Out, a self-declared “free speech platform” that champions suspended doctors, especially those accused of handing out invalid COVID-19 vaccine exemptions or prescribing ivermectin.

He was asked if his disciplinary case in 2023, when he was found guilty unsatisfactory professional conduct for futile operations on two patients, had been made public in a deliberate attempt to control other doctors.
