The WA State Administrative Tribunal said he stole a variety of painkillers on 34 occasions over a period of eight months, forging records and signing out medications that were often not prescribed for patients.

Overall, the nurse misappropriated 120 tablets and around 240mg of morphine, the tribunal heard.
