Australian doctors have flooded social media with messages of support in the wake of the Christchurch terror attack, which left at least 50 people dead and dozens more injured.

As tributes were paid to the victims of the mosque attacks and vigils held across New Zealand and at home, medics treating those wounded in the mosque attack were still trying to “comprehend the incomprehensible”.
