Practice launches $45-a-month subscription plan where GPs keep all their billings
Around 500 patients have signed up so far, says Evercare CEO Steven Dahl.
A GP practice is promising patients a “no-gap private billing experience” with same-day or next-day appointments for a subscription fee of $45 a month.
GPs at the Brisbane clinic, called Evercare, keep 100% of their billings while the subscription fees go to the practice.
Patients pay $41.20 for a standard consultation, which they get back in rebates, with no bulk-billing incentives.
“It is effectively a no-gap private billing experience for patients once they have signed up,” says Evercare CEO Steven Dahl.
