Kids must become a priority as more transmissible variants become dominant in Australia, say three leading doctors
Three leading doctors are calling for children to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to ensure future outbreaks are contained.
Writing in the Medical Journal of Australia’s Insight, they say the move is needed as Australia has little herd immunity due to the comparatively low numbers of cases to date, while at the same time more transmissible strains are on the rise.
