Should doctors wear body cams for protection against violent patients?

Body cams in hospitals — is this the coming thing in the attempts to tackle the waves of violence faced by doctors and their staff?
Use of the devices by police, both here and around the world, has become common.
But last month, the NSW Government said it was running a multimillion-dollar pilot for security staff working at nine public hospitals in the state — including Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital and Westmead Hospital.
Some 300 body-worn cameras will be in operation.
