Three founders of Eucalyptus, the telehealth corporate known for prescribing semaglutide at scale, have accrued fortunes of $52 million each, according to the Australian Financial Review’s annual Young Rich List.

Charlie Gearside and Tim Doyle, both 34, worked at multimillion-dollar mattress company Koala before launching Eucalyptus in 2019, alongside chief strategy officer Benny Kleist, 33.

The telehealth outfit initially focused on menopause before transforming its women’s health website, Juniper, to be entirely focused on weight loss prescribing in 2022.

Patients now pay at least $449 a month for treatment.
