Last week, there was just one board, with four members responsible for the good governance of an $87 million organisation.
Now it seems there are two.
In a rare public statement, two current directors, Dr Nick Buckmaster and Associate Professor Janak de Zoysa, are claiming that the college’s president-elect, the Melbourne renal physician Dr Sharmila Chandran, has gone rogue.
