TikTok docs call on AHPRA to protect them from anti-vaxxers’ vexatious complaints

Doctors who use TikTok to dispel medical misinformation say they're targeted by anti-vaxxers who make spurious complaints to the watchdog
Dr Michael Mrozinski.

Doctors who use TikTok to debunk misinformation say anti-vaxxers are using AHPRA complaints as an intimidation tactic.

Queensland GP Dr Michael Mrozinski, who has over 300,000 followers on the social media platform, says he has spent thousands of dollars on legal fees after being slammed with vexatious complaints.

He has now launched a petition demanding that AHPRA step up and protect him and other doctors.

“People opposed to vaccines have found an easy way to intimidate doctors and threaten their license and AHPRA have done nothing to address this,” Dr Mrozinski wrote in his petition on change.org, which has 5000 signatories so far.
