Top heart transplant doctor faces hospital investigation over his Mossad spy claims

Professor Peter Macdonald was taking part in a discussion organised by Palestine Justice Movement Sydney.

St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney will investigate the head of its transplant unit, Professor Peter Macdonald, over his claims that Israeli spy agency Mossad was behind two suspected anti-Semitic terror attacks in Australia last year.

The leading cardiologist had been in the audience of a panel discussion organised by Palestine Justice Movement Sydney last weekend.

During the question-and-answer session, Professor Macdonald stood up and said: “I learned this week that Iran was behind the ‘terrorist’ attacks, the anti-Semitic terrorist attacks in Sydney,” using air quotes when he said “terrorist”.

He continued: “I thought it was a no-brainer that these were Mossad-engineered events. Am I being totally naive, or has the Zionist lobby infiltrated, taken over ASIO as well?”
