‘Tough and extraordinary,’ says PM of vax rollout

Prime Minister Scott Morrison admits the national COVOID-19 vaccine rollout is a “tough” project to deliver, as hundreds of thousands of Australians seek to register with GPs and federal clinics for their vaccinations.
So far 240,000 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus nationally.
And 381,000 Australians have visited a website to check their eligibility, but thousands were unable to access the site on their first go.
Vaccine deliveries to GPs started on Wednesday and by the end of Friday 1170 clinics are expected to have received doses.
