Tributes paid to young GP killed after chasing burglars who invaded his home

A 33-year-old GP has died following an aggravated burglary at his home in the early hours of Saturday morning. 

It has been reported that Dr Ash Gordon was stabbed and hit by a car after he pursued the attackers.

He died about a kilometre from his home in Doncaster in Melbourne’s north-east.

Victoria Police said homicide detectives were investigating but that at this stage no arrests had been made.
