Dozens of GP clinics have been caught breaking vaccine cold-chain rules following an audit by public health authorities.


NSW Health conducted an audit of 44 so-called 'high-risk' practices after a clinic in Sydney last year was found to be administering out-of-date vaccines, which had been incorrectly stored in a household fridge.

Some 3000 patients who had attended the practice in
