AMAQ president Dr Dilip Dhupelia says people suspected of having the virus are still turning up at practices despite being told to call ahead
Patients suspected of having COVID-19 are continuing to place doctors and other patients at risk by fronting up to medical practices unannounced.
AMA Queensland president Dr Dilip Dhupelia said people were not heeding the message to call, and not visit, their GP if they had fallen ill within 14 days of returning from overseas.
