For a long time, Dr Vikas Jasoria witnessed how many patients seeking help for ADHD struggled to access specialist input.
“It is very difficult for patients to access psychiatry,” the Adelaide GP tells AusDoc.
“You might get a one-off assessment on the phone or with somebody who has never met you for an hour.
“But I’m not sure that’s appropriate, given the nature of this condition.
