Going into the federal election, you expect to see declarations on tax, climate change and maybe Anthony Albanese’s low-carb diet â€” but certainly not the Modified Monash Model.  

But that’s what we’ve got.

It is of such importance that both the Labor and Liberal parties are drawing up policies to fix its effects.
