I attended an online CPD interactive workshop to earn a discount on my medical insurance fees.

All the attendees had to shift between an online workbook and the verbally presented slides, to respond to questions alternatively in the workbook, via messaging on the chat line, and verbally.

Every time the presenter told us to go back to the workbook (which was often), I had to download another one, because I couldn’t access the previous one, until I figured out where they were disappearing to, well over an hour into the workshop.

It was painfully frustrating, with the presenter asking us to respond on the chat line, where he could see the names of everyone participating, while I’m not listed because I’m stuck in one of my many workbooks.
