People can make their own decision on how convinced they are by results, say scientists
In an unusual move, three academics sent a draft version of their opinion article for leading science journal Nature to their peers asking them to sign it off if they agreed with their conclusion.
Within 24 hours, they collected 250 signatures. Within a week, 800. Every continent aside from Antarctica was represented.
