Breaking my old habit of running late has been liberating: It’s extended my working life

Everyone has a different awareness of the passage of time.
There are those who are always late, others who are always early, and some who can run on time.
This applies to our time management during a day of consulting as general practitioners.
As a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed young doctor, I looked around me and saw the more mature GPs running late and not seeming to value punctuality.
