For their eyes only: Why do medical regulators insist on so much secrecy?

I’ve been mulling over a disturbing trend.

The communications I get from AHPRA, and the answers to questions posed to AskMBS, are both designated top secret, not to be divulged to anyone.

Why would information on how to bill MBS correctly be off-limits to share? 

What would be the consequences of breaching these cones of silence?

Contains mature or sensitive content
Contains misleading or false information
Contains abusive or derogatory content
Content that breaches the privacy of other individuals
Contains spam, fake content or potential malware
