This GP’s 5 steps to surviving 14 days in the isolation bunker

Adversity brings opportunity, so for all those GPs holed up in their bunker, allow me to wrap a silver lining around your 14 cloudy days of solitude. This is my five-step path to isolation enlightenment.

Before we start, triple-bolt the bunker door, remove your 1.5m radius inflatable protective gear, sit down and relax. Nothing can get to you in here, except hopefully the kid from Uber Eats.

That Netflix subscription won’t pay for itself, and you may even have a child or two outside to support (note to self: text daily to check their school is still open and legally responsible for their care).

It’s time to work from home.
