To put it mildly, hospital patients need to be health literate to survive our health system, be it in the public or private sector.

My wife and I have moved into our 80s and we have faced, are facing and will continue to face significant health issues.

While many of these problems are resolved, some aren’t, and who knows what might come up next. We live in dangerous times.
