How this GP politely deals with the irritations of life

For the past six months I have been receiving the COVID-19 test results for every patient of another doctor whom I did not know.
I dutifully reported the error each time it occurred, as directed by the secure messaging system. I made it clear each time that the result I received by mistake was not an isolated case.
Eventually, I began voicing my dissatisfaction more and more that the error had still not been addressed. I could only elicit a general response, along the lines that it was a busy time for them, and sometimes these things happen.
Reporting the errors was time consuming and annoying. My fuse was ready to blow.
