I’ve just had a very crappy day and need to tell you about it.

I’m going to discuss a number of patients, but be assured I’ve changed the facts so the patients can’t be identified, and I’m not in breach of their privacy. But you’ll get the picture.

Now, I work part-time in a private practice, only book three patients per hour, like to take my time with all my patients, and I charge like a wounded bull.

It was mid-morning on this particular day and, up to then, I was travelling well.
