I am suffering techno-torture after trying to switch to a 5G phone. 

I spent an hour with a one-on-one digital mentor, a service offered at the local library. 

While I sat helpless and terrorised, the librarian used the library’s unsecure public WiFi network to work her magic. 

She required the entire hour to transfer my Messenger and WhatsApp data from my obsolete phone to the new one.
