She’s always stressed … Aren’t we all stressed… She’s burnt out… She hasn’t been coping for a while… You know you really should think about working somewhere else… She won’t last you know… Come on look around you, we are all burning out… 

I’m sure she wouldn’t want to talk to anyone… I’m sure I wouldn’t want to… I’m sure I would want people to pretend they didn’t know… She’s obviously not very resilient…
