‘Sorry doc, you’re dead wrong – and so is Dad on his death certificate’

What’s an okay cause of death? Not everyone agrees.
I must have been absent the day the good professor taught us would-be doctors how to fill in a death certificate.
“Now, ladies and gentleman, we shall spend the next hour exploring the rules and responsibilities bestowed upon you when completing this most onerous duty.”
I think I missed it. Perhaps I was off on the simultaneously optimistic, yet sadly doomed, pursuit of a particular girl who used to catch the 4.15pm bus from Chatswood station.
