Unleashing an army of ignorant imposters to play doctor won’t solve the GP shortage

At age four, my grandson started attending full-day public school in Canada, because that’s how it’s done there.
He’s been going to school for six months now.
Recently my daughter told him he was clever when he had remembered something important, to which he replied: “Yes, I know almost everything now.”
I am, of course, amazed by my grandson’s abilities, and I praise his teacher and parents, but I somehow have niggling doubts about his boastful assessment.
