Vaccination chaos: Do we need to scream until we’re heard?

My 22-month-old grandson got his first report card from childcare, rating his behaviours as ‘achieved,’ ‘emerging,’ or ‘not observed’.

Under the category of ‘self-autonomy’ there is saying ‘no’ to an adult with a tick in the box, ‘achieved’.

In that respect he has advanced over me when it comes to accommodating some patients’ expectations. One can do backflips, forward somersaults with a triple twist and somehow it is still not enough.

When it comes to the COVID-19 vaccination debacle the issue of saying ‘no’ to patients has taken on a whole new level of difficult.
