A year ago, the Australian government was on the warpath with vaccine refusers and deported tennis star Novak “Novax” Djokovic. 

Now COVID-positive and unvaccinated cricketers and tennis players are competing at the highest level in Australia. Djokovic is back and welcomed.  

In 2016, while in a slump, the Serbian tennis ace engaged a Spanish coach whose mantra was “Amor y Paz” (“Love and Peace”). 

But success was faltering, the guru was sacked in 2018, and Djokovic continued to explore alternative lifestyle approaches, decrying the value of vaccination.
