Why Victoria’s roadmap out of COVID-19 restrictions should be emulated

The COVID-19 roadmap for Victoria announced by Premier Daniel Andrews sets the state on the right path.

Something like it should be emulated by New South Wales, which has not yet achieved zero new cases.
