COVID-19 pandemic disruptions had a fairly negative impact on diabetes outcomes, according to a study published in The Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology this month.
Dr Jamie Hartmann-Boyce (DPhil), from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, led the review to determine whether COVID-19-related disruptions to healthcare and lifestyle impacted diabetes management.
