More evidence against hydroxychloroquine as COVID-19 therapy

Hydroxychloroquine has again failed to show a benefit in patients hospitalised with COVID-19, according to an observational study.

In the US study, 811 patients with COVID-19 received hydroxychloroquine while 565 did not, the authors reported in the New England Journal of Medicine.
