Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) use is common among patients with hidradenitis suppurativa, more than half of whom are dissatisfied with conventional treatment, US researchers report.
To explore CAM use, the investigators distributed an anonymous questionnaire in three hidradenitis suppurative clinics and in international social media support groups.
