<p>Cam, a 40-year-old male IT professional, presents with five days of bilateral red eyes, exhaustion and urinary frequency with mild dysuria.</p><p>He had returned from the UK around the time of symptom onset.</p><p>His eyes are floridly red and irritated, with no associated discharge or itch.</p><p>Visual acuity is normal. He reports nocturia contributing to poor sleep, and a minor meatal discharge.</p><p>On specific questioning, he reports that he had unprotected oral sex with a woman who was not his usual partner while overseas.</p><p>His history includes hay fever. On examination, his temperature is 37.8°C, there is bilateral bulbar conjunctival injection (left eye pictured), with a follicular reaction on the palpebral conjunctiva inferiorly and tender pre-auricular lymphadenopathy.</p><p>Urinalysis is positive for white cells.</p>
