<p>Ben, a 23-year-old engineer, presents with a two-year history of multiple painless ‘bumps’ on his glans penis.</p><p>The number of lesions had gradually increased over the first year and then stabilised.</p><p>Ben is usually very well, with no past history of note. He has no history of STIs, has regular STI checks and was last tested six months ago.</p><p>Ben uses condoms for all sexual encounters, and has exclusively female partners.</p><p>On examination, there are rows of small, dome-shaped, fleshy papules 1-3mm in diameter around the coronal rim of the glans penis.</p><p>Anogenital and dermatological examination is otherwise unremarkable.</p><p>On dermoscopy these have a cobblestone pattern, with each papule containing a central vascular structure surrounded by crescent-shaped rims.</p>
