<p>Odette is a six-week-old female who is brought in for vaccinations and a baby check.</p><p>Her parents point out a 4cm diameter pink-red rash on the left buttock (pictured), which has been present since birth and has not changed. Odette was delivered vaginally at term after an uncomplicated pregnancy.</p><p>She is thriving and well, with growth and development within normal limits. Examination of the rash reveals a pink patch with a perilesional blanching halo, fine to coarse telangiectasia, peripheral small red papules, and no palpable mass.</p><p>Dermoscopy reveals multiple red branching, serpiginous or tortuous vessels, and vascular lacunae on a pink background.</p><p>Dermatological and general examination is otherwise unremarkable.</p>
