Sera is a 35-year-old receptionist whose optometrist has recommended she see her GP regarding corneal lesions. She had been experiencing episodes of blurred vision, which led her to see the optometrist. The optometry report states corrected visual acuity is 20/20.

The only other findings of note are brown rings at the edge of each cornea on slit-lamp examination (pictured), which appear as hyperreflective bands visible on anterior segment optical coherence tomography.
